Located in the heart of Hyde Park, Boston, Park 54 was founded on the belief that great food has the power to bring people together. We are more than just a restaurant—we are a gathering place where family, friends, neighbors, and visitors come to celebrate life's biggest milestones and everyday moments.
Our name pays tribute to the legendary 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry Regiment, one of the first official Black military units to fight for the Union during the Civil War. The regiment trained in Readville, now part of Hyde Park, and their courage, sacrifice, and commitment to equality continue to inspire everything we do. Their legacy reminds us that community, perseverance, and excellence can change history.

Our Leadership
At the heart of Park 54 Restaurant & Lounge is a shared vision rooted in culture, community, and hospitality.
Founded by Tasha Hull, a Trinidad-born entrepreneur, educator, real estate professional, and longtime Hyde Park resident, Park 54 was created from a desire to build something meaningful within the community she has proudly served for years. After establishing successful careers in education and real estate, Tasha brought her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people into hospitality, creating a restaurant where exceptional dining, rich culture, and genuine connection could come together under one roof.
In 2025, Tasha was joined by her partner, Earl, who is of Trinidadian and Bajan descent and brings his own deep appreciation for Caribbean culture, hospitality, and community. With a strong focus on operations, service, and the overall guest experience, Earl has become an integral part of Park 54’s continued evolution.
Together, Tasha and Earl bring complementary perspectives and a shared commitment to excellence. Their vision extends beyond creating a great restaurant. They are building a destination—one where guests are warmly welcomed, celebrations become lasting memories, and food, music, culture, and community come together naturally.
As partners in both business and life, they remain deeply committed to the history and significance behind the Park 54 name while continuing to thoughtfully evolve the restaurant for its next chapter.
